Membership unlocks the ability to request and book care. It also includes community protections like background checks and insurance.
Yes! You can join for free, create your profile, and start earning credits by providing care. A paid membership is only required when you’re ready to book care for your own pet.
Membership fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged, but you may cancel at any time and continue using your membership until the end of the billing period. Instant credit purchases are also non-refundable.
